Public Policy Agenda

The BIA is committed to its mission of supporting our members by advocating for them on a diverse number of issues that impact their business and bottom line.

The issues examined in our Public Policy Agenda are ones raised by our members and leadership of the association.  The goal of the BIA is to work with our elected officials and regulators to establish policies and regulations that will help to improve and create affordable housing throughout Northeast Ohio.

It is through this agenda, as well as through advocacy, that the BIA intends to communicate these issues to local, state, and federal l legislators, policy makers, and regulators.
